Mango Destoning Technology

This machine uses a two stage system. First, the fruit passes between rotating rollers that cut the flesh away from the pit. Second, the pit is discharged separately while the flesh moves to the pulping machine. Pit removal efficiency reaches 98 percent with minimal flesh loss.
